Recently Released Critical Drivers - Read Only. Recently Released Service Tips - Read Only. I really hope that someone can help me, I can't do my study without my laptop. I do have updated all the drivers via windows, vantage and intel's service. I haven't done any repairing myself or had it sent out for repair. He suggested that maybe it had something to do with the memory, since then I have noticed that my memory is always around 10-12GB, even when my laptop is at rest. I have asked a friend who is a former laptop repairman. To temporarily fix the issue I have found out by closing the laptop, letting it go in sleeping mode and then starting it up again would solve it.Įven weirder is that I have 2 monitors hooked up to the laptop(1 via HDMI and the other via USB-C), those aren't affected by the issue. I can't lower the brightness and can't undo this by doing ctrl+shift+windows+B. 
The screen randomly starts to flicker, then turn's off and turns on with brightness at full.
